To do list

wake up early, before 8.

Make your bed.

Stop scrolling.

start reading.

Do not miss people too much, most of them are jerks anyway.

sleep early, at least try to.

eat good food, eat at least.

Stop being cranky. Nobody likes it.

write everyday, even if it's just a sentence.

Don't be sad all the time. It's hard for everyone.

work out, just sweat it off.

Stay occupied (at least try)

Survive, you are not alone in this.

Don't die!!
